Direct debit
Upon registration you provided your IBAN, which is used to collect your membership fee via direct debit. As of January 1, 2026, membership fees are charged every 28 days (4 weeks) and always in advance. For example: if your membership starts on 7 February, your payment cycle runs for 28 days from that date, and the next charge will take place 28 days later. When you cancel your membership, your direct debit will automatically be stopped at the end of your current 28-day period.
Changing your bank account number
You can easily adjust your bank account number in your Member account.
Putting payments on hold during maternity period or injuryPayments will be temporarily paused if your membership is put on hold due to maternity leave or injury. Direct debit will resume as soon as your membership is reactivated. Any overpaid portion of the current 28-day period will be automatically settled.
After your maternity leave pause, your Back in Shape membership (unless you have indicated otherwise) will automatically be activated 6 weeks after your delivery date. If you do not update your due date to the actual delivery date in your account, reactivation will be based on the due date.
Delivery before the due dateIf your baby arrives earlier than expected and you have already paid for all or part of a 28-day period, don’t worry, our system will automatically settle the remaining amount as soon as your Back in Shape membership is activated.
