Our outdoor workout programs are developed in collaboration with gynecologists & pelvic floor therapists. We offer customized workouts for you and your pregnant body. We train our own trainers, who are all experts in this field, and they will make sure that you do the workouts responsibly.

I followed the workouts once a week all throughout my pregnancy, and now, at 36 weeks pregnant, I feel I've never been so fit! And this is my 3rd pregnancy! Let's see how I'll recover after giving birth, but I hope to be back asap for the Back in Shape workouts!!


I recently got pregnant so switched to the pregnancy class which is absolutely great. Its a challenging and professional workout, but it's also a lot of fun. It is also an easy way to meet other pregnant women. I just love it!
