This total body workout mixes strength, cardio and high-intensity (HIT) exercises. Most of them are done as a team to motivate and challenge yourself and each other. The workout challenges you to keep pushing your limits. Are you ready?

Be sure of a workout routine that works

Is there really a workout routine that works for everyone? Absolutely! Research shows that you need a year, on average, to build up a workout routine that works for you. The longer you manage to stick to your exercise schedule, the easier it becomes to keep it up, the stronger you become, and the more you enjoy exercising.

Are you ready for Mpower?

We recommend that you wait at least five months after giving birth to start the Mpower workout. Needless to say that we always consider your personal needs and wishes during the sessions.


I really love the workouts with Mom in Balance! The balance between strength and cardio is great and it never gets boring! The groups are a good mixture of Portuguese women and women from other countries. You don't have to be a mom to join! it surprised me how many women did not have kids. :-)


Having trained through all 3 categories, it is really so much more than simply workouts. The workouts are challenging & fun but it’s also a community of like minded women who empower and support each other led by expert trainers Nearly 3yrs later I am still immensely happy having found this tribe!!


As exercise is a very important part of my well-being, I was looking for a training option that would be challenging but fun and exciting too. Mom In Balance certainly ticks those boxes -no session is ever exactly the same, which is something I love and appreciate!


I have met so many wonderful other women at Mom in Balance and there is nothing better than sweating it out in the fresh air! The trainers are excellent at making tiny adjustments depending on your fitness levels and always have an eye on technique so I really feel you are in good hands.
