When to start with Mpower?


We have a short checklist for you: 


❑ You have given birth at least five months ago.

❑ Your diastasis is sufficiently closed, you have no diastasis-related complaints anymore and move without compensation.

❑ You do not experience complaints anymore on your pelvic floor: you have no urine loss* and no pain anymore in your pelvis.

I really love the workouts with Mom in Balance! The balance between strength and cardio is great and it never gets boring! The groups are a good mixture of Portuguese women and women from other countries. You don't have to be a mom to join! it surprised me how many women did not have kids. :-)
