The promotion is valid on all memberships in Portugal*: 1x per week/unlimited, 3 months/12 months membership, Pregnant workout/Back in Shape workout/Mpower workout and MpowerNext workout.
The promotion is only valid when taking out a 3- or 12-month membership during the week from Saturday 17 to Sunday 25 September 2022.
Final membership start date is 17 October 2022.
Only valid when a new member does not have an active membership and/or had an active membership at least three months ago.
The promotion is not valid when your membership is frozen, e.g. due to your maternity period or an injury.
This action does not apply when reactivating a paused or frozen membership.
Valid one time and a maximum one MIB sports jacket per subscription.

I took out a membership before the action week. Am I also entitled to the Back to Work(out) Promotion
The Back to Work(out) Promotion is only valid when taking out a membership during the week of 17 to 25 September 2022. In this we unfortunately cannot make any exceptions.
I want to change my current membership, does the promotion also apply?
This promotion is only valid for new memberships. In case of adjustments or changes to your current membership, this promotion does not apply.
Size & shipping
I am unsure which size to order, can I receive the MIB sports jacket in both sizes and then return one of the jackets?
Due to the stock & gone = gone promotion, we do not send multiple sizes. The jacket sizing is normal. So choose the size you normally wear. In doubt? Then we advise you to order the larger size.
Can I exchange the MIB sports jacket for another size?
Yes, you can! Provided it is in stock. The shipping costs for returning the jacket will not be refunded by Mom in Balance and are at your own expense.
If I want to exchange the MIB sports jacket for another size, do I have to pay shipping costs?
Yes, you will have to pay the shipping costs. The jacket has a normal fit. Choose the size you normally wear. In doubt? Then we advise you to order the larger size.
If I make use of the offer, do I have to pay the shipping costs myself?
No, if your registration meets the conditions, we will send you the MIB sports jacket once for free!
When will the sports jacket be sent?
We will send you the product of your choice within a couple weeks, or the MIB sports jacket will be handed to you personally by your trainer during your first workout.

I would like to do a trial lesson first, can I also use the Back to Work(out) Promotion if I sign up for a membership later?
The Back to Work(out) Promotion is only valid when you get a membership during the week of 17 to 25 September 2022. Are you enthusiastic after your trial lesson? Then conclude your membership within this mentioned period.
Can I receive a discount (or something else) instead of the MIB sports jacket?
The MIB sports jacket is not redeemable for cash, discount or any other product.
I signed up with the promotion and afterwards I hear that I have run out of the MIB ports jacket. What happens now?
The promotion applies a GONE = GONE rule. In case of success, the MIB sports jacket may have run out and you will not receive a jacket. Have you already signed up with the promotion? We will contact you and come up with a good alternative together!
I would like to start my membership after 17 October 2022, is that possible?
The promotion is only valid if the membership is taken out during the week of 17 to 25 September 2022 and the membership starts no later than Monday 17 October 2022. This means starting your first workout on or before 17 October 2022.
I saw this Back to Work(out) Promotion come by too late and so have not been able to take advantage of it. Can I still take advantage of the promotion?
The Back to Work(out) Promotion is only valid when you get a membership in the week of 17 to 25 September 2022.
I signed up for a membership during the week of 17 to 25 September 2022, but I forgot to pass on my size. What now?
No worries! Send a message to info@mominbalance.pt stating your desired size and we will make sure you still receive your MIB jacket.
